Do you live in the UK? Have you recently been involved with claiming Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) on behalf of a family member/son/daughter with Down’s syndrome? You can help us and the Down’s syndrome community by completing this very short survey about your experience with the ESA process.

How will it help?

ESA replaced incapacity benefits for people with disabilities and learning difficulties making new claims since October 2008. The claims process also includes a face to face assessment with a healthcare professional. The DSA need to know if the process is working well for the Down’s syndrome community so that we can feed any issues back to the government and ensure we are providing the right support to our members.
